SAKE BY HOKUSETSU
Offered exclusively in Nobu Matsuhisa restaurants, Hokusetsu sake is produced by the acclaimed sake brewery, Hokusetsu, located on Sado Island (known as “Sake Island”) in the Niigata Prefecture of Japan. The brewery is known for its commitment to traditional sake-making techniques, using locally sourced rice and pure, pristine water. Hokusetsu sake is characterized by its smooth, well-balanced flavors, ranging from crisp and refreshing to rich and complex, making it a perfect accompaniment to the wide range of flavors in Chef Nobu’s cuisine.
COCKTAILS AND SPIRITS
Offering an expansive list of spirits, including rare domestic and Japanese whiskeys, Matsuhisa Aspen’s bar menu is both elite and accessible. Crafted with artistry and precision, each cocktail is a harmonious blend of premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and Japanese-Peruvian inspired flavors. Highlights include the refreshing Matsutini, which includes vodka, Japanese sochu, passionfruit, and champagne, as well as The Gardener, a spicy combination of tequila or gin, Serrano, cilantro, ginger, and fresh lime juice.
