Matsuhisa Aspen Reservations
The Matsuhisa Downstairs Bar and Dining Room is open Monday through Sunday from 5:30 pm to close, and accepts reservations 30 days in advance.
The Matsuhisa Upstairs Dining Room and Bar will exclusively open on Mondays at 5:30 pm for Football Mondays and is closed Tuesday through Sunday from October 6th through December 10th, 2026. Regular nightly service (Monday-Sunday) resumes Upstairs on December 11, 2026, from 5:30 pm to close. Upstairs reservations are available 2 days in advance.
