The full menu at Matsuhisa Denver is available for both on-site private dining and off-site catering with advance notice. With a full capacity of 200 people, our restaurant is also perfect for private events of any size.

For private dining, the Nobu room features a single table with seating for up to 14 guests in an elegant, comfortable space. This space is ideal for celebrations, wedding and anniversary parties, as well as birthdays or milestones. The Nobu room is an excellent way to enjoy a wonderful meal at the restaurant.

Larger groups can also be seated in the Matsuhisa room, which seats up to 60 guests. From large company events to weddings and more, this space is perfect for a private party.
