Lunch at Matsuhisa: Not Your Average Sushi Restaurant

Lunch, that one hour window to sate your appetite and provide a short respite during your workday. Let’s face it: lunch is all too often uninspired, and therefore, uninspiring. But it doesn’t have to be. Lunch can literally be the best hour of your day. That’s what we strive to deliver at Matsuhisa Denver in Cherry Creek.

Now, not all lunches are the same. We understand that. We understand that on some days, a bowl of perfectly prepared udon is what you’re craving. Tender noodles and delicious broth to warm the belly and heart, and carry you through the rest of your day.

On other days, a three item bento box is perfect. Our Ni bento includes Spinach Salad with Truffle Yuzu Vinaigrette, Seabass Tempura with Sweet Amazu Ponzu, and Beef Anticucho – some of Chef Nobu’s most popular dishes. Filling and memorable at an accessible price.

If you’re in the mood for a diverse array of flavors, a five item bento box is your ticket. The Shi bento includes Sashimi Salad with Tuna Tataki, Rock Shrimp Creamy Spicy Sauce, Black Cod Miso, Beef Teriyaki, and assorted sushi. Cold and hot dishes that include savory, sweet and spicy flavors. Not your typical Japanese restaurant.
